Adele has been photographed wearing a diamond ring, just weeks after calling her boyfriend Rich Paul her “husband” on more than one occasion.

On Sunday 15 October, the Grammy winner took to Instagram to show off some photos from her Las Vegas residency. However, each photo in the carousel featured the singer wearing a large diamond ring – specifically on her ring finger.

“Weekend 31,” she captioned the social media post, in which she wore a Swarovski crystal-studded black velvet Cong Tri gown and accessorised with a massive emerald-cut sparkler and a pavé band.

One of the photos also showed Adele holding up a copy of Paul’s recently released memoir, titled Lucky Me. The photo expertly showcased the ring, while the bottom half of the singer’s face was covered.

This is the second time that a diamond ring worn by Adele has sparked engagement rumours. She was previously wearing a ring during the 2022 Brit Awards;elm:context_link;itc:0″ class=”link rapid-noclick-resp”seen wearing a ring during the 2022 Brit Awards, leading people to believe she was engaged to her boyfriend of two years.

Tupac Shakur’s custom crown-shaped ring, which he wore shortly before he died, sold for nearly $1.02 million Tuesday, becoming the most valuable hip-hop artifact ever sold at auction.

Sotheby’s in New York sold the ring as part of a large sale of hip-hop artifacts, including autographed letters from Shakur and a demo tape for his single “Trapped,” per a press release from the auction house. Prior to auction, the ring was estimated to sell between $200,000 to $300,000.

The lots, meant to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the musical genre, also included memorabilia from many other memorable names — Mos Def, De La Soul, and Wu-Tang Clan, to name a few.

The 14-Karat gold ring, encrusted with diamonds and rubies, features an inscription on the side that reads “Pac & Dada 1996” — a reference to his engagement to actress Kidada Jones.

Drake just coughed up $1.01 million to own a massive gold, ruby and diamond crown ring created and worn by the late Tupac Shakur.

The “God’s Plan” rapper, 36, took to his Instagram Story Friday to show off the bling while promoting his new song with Travis Scott, “Meltdown.”

He followed up the snap with a photo of the late Princess Diana.

The bauble — which Shakur wore during his final public appearance at the 1996 MTV Video Music Awards — was on offer this week at Sotheby’s by Yaasmyn Fula, the “All Eyez on Me” hitmaker’s godmother/”auntie” and trusted advisor.

Sitting atop a diamond-encrusted gold band is a gold circlet studded with the three largest jewels in the entire piece — a central cabochon ruby flanked by two pavé-cut diamonds.

On the outer, palm-facing side of the band is an inscription that reads “Pac & Dada 1996,” referencing Shakur and his then-new fiancée, Kidada Jones.

The hip-hop icon proudly wore the accessory on his left ring finger.

Fula told Sotheby’s that Shakur worked with New York jewelers to create the piece to commemorate his signing with Death Row Records.

He apparently modeled his design after the crowns worn by Europe’s medieval kings as “an act of self-coronation.”

Katy Perry has a thing for mushrooms.

The singer, whose Las Vegas residency show, “Play,” finds her surrounded by dancing mushrooms in one vignette, has now partnered with Judith Leiber Couture on a limited-edition mushroom minaudière — or a bejeweled handbag to those who didn’t take French in high school.

The wearable art piece was designed in collaboration with Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, who co-owns the brand, along with Authentic Brands Group and Jana Matheson, Judith Leiber’s chief creative officer.

The minaudière is created from more than 10,000 handset crystals in shades of bright red siam blended with scarlet and Bordeaux. The stem is shaded in a gradient range of crystals in light gold with opal accents. The cap features flat back pearls in multiple sizes designed to create texture and dimension. The interior is lined with metallic leather.

Each piece is hand-painted with a polished brass frame and a removable shoulder chain that includes the Katy Perry Play medallion.

The Judith Leiber Couture x Katy Perry minaudière will retail for $6,195 and be sold on the brand’s website and in its store at Resorts World Las Vegas, which is hosting her show. It will also be offered at select luxury specialty stores beginning for fall.

“I’m delighted to unveil this collaboration with Judith Leiber Couture for my show, ‘Play,’” Perry said. “I’ve had an affinity for these dazzling minaudières from the moment that I could afford one. This exclusive piece is the ultimate memorabilia for ‘Play.’”

Perry, who is known for her playful fashion choices, has worn Judith Leiber in the past including a hamburger clutch that complemented the giant hamburger dress that she donned at the Met Gala in 2019, and a crystal-encrusted football clutch she wore to the NFL Honors last year.
