Meet the online jeweler making diamonds and engagement rings more affordable

It’s a special moment being on the receiving end of a small jewellery-shaped box, especially if it’s your partner asking that all-important ‘big’ question. Yet, diamonds and fine jewelry aren’t just for proposals, they’re also the ultimate meaningful way to mark a birthday, anniversary or one of life’s memorable moments.

And no longer does gifting jewelry have to cost the earth. Disrupting the market since 1999 with their direct-to-consumer model, online jeweler Blue Nile offer high-quality, ethically sourced, and customizable rings, necklaces and bracelets without the traditional mark-ups.

What sets Blue Nile apart is they prioritize transparency, ensuring their customers get the most competitive prices without compromising on quality. They even have a price match guarantee, so rest assured you’re always getting the best value possible.

No wonder Blue Nile is now the world’s leading diamond jeweler online for engagement and wedding rings. With a wide selection of sparklers to suit all tastes and budgets, you’ll find natural diamonds as well as more affordable lab-grown stones to help you take some of the financing pressure off.

Lab-grown diamonds don’t just offer excellent value, they also make a sustainable and ethical choice for those looking to purchase diamonds that have not been mined. You won’t be able to distinguish between Blue Nile’s lab diamonds and earthed stones, as they are made up of the same chemical components. Making them as ‘real’ a diamond as those naturally formed with the same durability, sparkle and shine.

Blue Nile also know what a stressful decision it can be to find that forever-piece. After all, the style and fit of an engagement must be perfect so it can be worn for a lifetime, and even be passed on to the next generation. That’s why they have diamond experts always on hand for that personal

‘Colored Stones And High-End Jewelry Are Doing Well’

Despite a “difficult period” for diamonds, the organizers of last week’s GemGenève tradeshow in Switzerland, Ronny Totah and Thomas Faerber, were positive about the gem and jewelry business. In the face of record prices for gold of up to $2,400 an ounce, and volatility in the diamond market, as they opened the show the pair were reassuring on the state of the business overall.

In answer to a question about the extent to which the advance of lab-grown diamonds (LGD) has impacted the diamond market, Totah was unequivocal: “the dip in the market is not because of LGD. The discourse is changing. As long as we can distinguish between LGD and the real thing, there will still be a natural diamond market. Coloured stones and high-end jewelry are both doing well.” Faerber elaborated: “Diamonds are going through a difficult period, but don’t forget this has happened before, with the diamond crisis in 1989. I still believe in beautiful diamond pieces just as much as colored stones.”

During the four-day event, 244 jewelry and gem stands welcomed attendees from from 75 different countries. The jewelry designers present did not disappoint, showing ingenuity and excellent execution once again. Five highlights from the biggest GemGenève yet.

The Ukrainian jewelry showcase was back in Geneva, with a curation around the theme ‘Beyond Time’, celebrating the culture of the Trypillia region of Ukraine. The

Alison Hammond breaks silence on toyboy engagement rumours after sporting ring | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Weeks after announcing she’d been awakened to romance with toyboy Russian masseur David Putman, who is 23 years her junior, Alison Hammond was spotted wearing what looked suspiciously like an engagement ring. Now the 49-year-old has broken her silence after looking visibly shocked to find her “marriage plans” had become headline news.

Earlier today, after arriving at the ITV studios, she exploded with amazement, quizzing of co-host Dermot O’Leary: “Oh my god apparently I am engaged?!” The embarrassed This Morning presenter swiftly set the record straight, admitting that there’d been no proposal and the so-called diamond ring was actually from Primark.

“Oh I have put this on the wrong finger. Let me swap it over to stop these rumours!” She then giggled while teasing: “It is just a cheap ring from Primark. It’s nice isn’t it?!”

Will Best then joked that he himself had intended to pop the question. When the laughter died down in the studio, a flustered Alison got down to announcing that day’s major news stories, after clarifying that she had no intention of tying the knot just yet.

Her age gap romance has sparked uproar online, receiving support from the likes of fellow ITV star Denise Welch but allegedly falling flat with David’s religious mum, who is reportedly keen for her son to settle down with a woman his own age.

A source told The Sun: “Olga’s traditional values don’t sit well with their relationship.

“She’s told him in no uncertain terms that he must end it. Olga raised her children in the Orthodox Church. This kind of relationship doesn’t fit her beliefs.”

They added that the apparently ultra-traditional mum has been upset and “uncomfortable” over her son being with a woman who has “so much more financial power” than he does.

The pair reportedly

Florida woman mysteriously finds ring in mailbox

A ring appeared in her mailbox. She didn’t order it and it wasn’t from anyone she knew. What would you do?

FRUIT COVE, Fla. — The package in Taylor Felvey’s mailbox looked a lot like a bag from Amazon. And since she orders things from the online retailer “all the time” she didn’t think anything of it

But upon closer inspection of the package, she realized it definitely was not from Amazon and she didn‘t order it.

She opened the bag and inside was a red box. In the red box was a diamond ring – or it at least looked like one.

“My first thought was, ‘oh this is interesting,'” she said. “I went ‘Wow’ who would send me this in the mail?'”

It was her birthday, so she thought maybe her husband sent her the ring. “He’s overseas and that was an awkward conversation because he said it was not him,” she said.

It turns out, it wasn’t from anyone she knew.

There was just a dummy return address to nowhere, no business name. Just a card inside saying the gem in the ring was a lab grown diamond, and there was a QR code to scan.

That’s when the red flags went up for Felvey.

“So I did my best research, which was to put it on Facebook,” she said. “And in 15 minutes I found out it was a scam.”

Turns out this is a type of scam called brushing.

In this scam, someone sends out a package with a product and a QR code. The request is that the recipient scans the QR code to fill out a review of the product.

But when you fill out the review, the scammers are able to get some of your personal information.

Diamond Dallas Page Says He’s Looking Forward To Seeing Britt Baker Back In The Ring

Diamond Dallas Page gives an update on Britt Baker.

Fans haven’t seen Britt Baker on AEW TV since September 2023 as she’s been sidelined with injury. She is remaining active though, recently working out with Diamond Dallas Page at the DDP Yoga studio.

WWE Raw TV Viewership Numbers Since 2019

“She’s been off TV for a while because of injury. She’s coming back, she looks amazing. Her body looks great and she was blown away by the pump that she got. She was live and ready to go. She was a little intimidated by the cold plunge, as most everybody is who has never done it. She got in there. It’s all mental. Within a minute, she owned it. She stayed for three minutes. It’s like 41 degrees,” DDP said on Busted Open Radio, noting that Britt did the cold plunge and worked out on the mat and with weights. “It was a great day all around. Just talking about the business, what she wants to do when she comes back and all of that. She’s a top talent. You’re looking at men and women, you’re looking at Britt. What she’s done as a character, as a promo, and what she’s done in the ring. I’m looking forward to seeing her get back.”

It is unknown when Baker will return to the ring.

Fightful will update fans on her status when more is known.

Jennifer Aydin’s 9-Carat Engagement Ring Was an Upgrade

When Bravo fans first met Jennifer Aydin in Season 9 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, we quickly learned she had a strong appreciation for the finer things in life. That appreciation included a massive engagement ring and diamond wedding ring, which she wore on her left ring finger.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Fast forward to Season 11, and Jennifer upgraded her marriage bling even further when her husband, Bill Aydin, gifted her a 9-carat canary yellow diamond for their 18th anniversary.

That ring truly deserves a moment in the spotlight.

Why did Jennifer Aydin get a new, larger engagement ring from her husband Bill?

Jennifer and Bill celebrated their 18th anniversary with a lavish dinner at home in the company of three of their four children, which was shown in Season 11 Episode 13 of RHONJ in May 2021. During the dinner, Bill surprised Jennifer by upgrading her engagement ring with a jaw-dropping 9-carat canary yellow diamond ring.

Not only did the ring have a dazzling center stone, it was also surrounded by a diamond halo and a diamond-studded triple-shank.

“Small present,” Bill joked as he presented his wife with the gift. “Half a carat per year.”

“No f-cking way,” Jennifer gasped as her husband opened the ring box. “I’ve always wanted a yellow diamond.”

Jennifer Aydin’s Previous Engagement Ring

Jennifer’s previous engagement ring was nothing to sneeze at.

Before she got her yellow diamond ring, Jennifer wore a large, square-shaped diamond on her left finger. The main stone was also set in a diamond halo and had another diamond on each side. She paired it with a pave wedding ring with large diamonds.
